Privacy Policy.

Effective November 4, 2026

This policy explains how Gray Label Marketing (“GrayLabel”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares information through this website (graylabelmarketing.com) and through the GrayLabel application, the internal tool our team uses to manage Google Ads accounts for our clients.

Information we collect on this website

  • Information you send us. When you use a contact or audit request form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, company or business name, business type, city or service area, website and message. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend.
  • Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance. These tools may set cookies or collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide our services and improve the website.

The GrayLabel application and Google user data

The GrayLabel application connects to Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, after a user signs in with Google and grants permission. It is used only by GrayLabel team members to deliver our advertising services. It is not offered to the public.

Data we access

  • Google Ads data for the advertising accounts the signed-in user is authorized to manage, including our clients’ accounts: account and campaign settings, budgets, keywords, ads and assets, conversion tracking settings, and performance reports.
  • Google Workspace data of our own team members’ work accounts (such as Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail and Calendar), when they connect them, to prepare client reports and run our day-to-day operations.

How we use it

We use Google user data only to provide the services our clients engage us for: building and updating campaigns, managing budgets, setting up conversion tracking, monitoring performance and preparing reports. We do not use it for any other purpose.

How we store and protect it

Data is retrieved from Google when it is needed. Reports and records of changes we make are kept in our company’s secured Google Workspace account and on company devices. Sign-in tokens are stored securely on our team’s devices and are never stored on or shared through this website. Access is limited to GrayLabel team members who need it to do their work.

How we share it

  • We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising, to build user profiles, or to determine creditworthiness.
  • We share account data and reports with the client who owns the Google Ads account.
  • We use service providers that help us operate our tools, such as cloud hosting and AI assistants. They process data only to help us provide our services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

GrayLabel’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can remove the GrayLabel application’s access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account connections page. To ask us to delete data we hold about you or your accounts, email info@graylabelmarketing.com. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it by law or by our agreement with a client.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, to keep business records, or to meet legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@graylabelmarketing.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
